# OERリポジトリ ガイドライン version 1

このガイドラインは，国立情報学研究所が提供する[OERリポジトリ試行版](https://oer.nii.ac.jp/)およびOpen Educational Resources（OER）に関する情報をまとめています.

OERとは無償で利用できる学習教材を指しています．また，再利用に関するライセンスが付与されている場合，利用者は自身の授業等に組み込むために改変したり，部分的に利用したりすることが可能です．

本ガイドラインでは，国内外のOERに関する背景情報およびOERリポジトリの利用方法等についてまとめており、以下のメンバーによって作成されています．
