# オープンバッジに関する国内外の取組
本ページでは，オープンバッジに関する取組の事例，特にオープンサイエンスや研究データ管理と関連する取組について紹介しています．
オープンバッジの発行・管理については国内外で既に多くのサービスが提供されています．
[1EdTech Consortium（旧IMS Global Learning Consortium）](https://www.1edtech.org/)は，オープンバッジの標準規格の普及を推進し，関連機能の開発を進めています．国内で利用の多いLMSであるMoodleもバージョン3.8以降でオープンバッジ発行に対応しており，CredlyやCanvas Badgeなどのサービスでは発行と管理の機能を提供しています．国内での活用事例も増加しており，サイバー大学は文部科学省の認定プログラムと連携して学習者にバッジを発行しているほか，デジタル庁もデジタル推進委員に対してバッジを発行する取り組みを行っています．
IBMではオープンバッジを活用した技術の習得を目指しており，開発者向けにコンテンツの学習やバッジの取得を提供しています．さらに，社会貢献の一環として無料で公開されている[IBM Skills Build](https://skillsbuild.org/ja)では，幅広い学習コンテンツおよびバッジの提供がされており，学習者が入力したプロファイル情報をもとに，取得が推奨されるデジタルバッジをレコメンドする機能も提供されています．
また，EUのErasmusプロジェクトである[Open Badge Ecosystem for the Recognition of Skills in Research Data Management & Sharin](https://oberred.eu/badges/)されるオープンバッジと，研究データ共有 (RDM) スキルに関連するバッジのセットが提供されています．オープンバッジは[RDMのコンピテンシーフレームワーク](https://oberred.eu/skills-framework/)紐づけらされているため，類似する学習プロジェクトの提供者は関連するスキルのバッジを発行するといった運用が可能となります．

なお，国立情報学研究所が提供するGakuNin LMSでも，研究データ管理やオープンサイエンスと関連するサービス利用の学習修了に対してオープンバッジを発行する取組を実施しています．GakuNin LMSでは，以下のようなオープンバッジを発行しています．
