# オープンバッジ利活用に向けたガイドライン version 1
本ポータルサイトは，**オープンバッジの発行・運用に向けて，必要な知識をまとめたポータル**です．特に，オープンバッジをどのように教育で活かすのか，オープンサイエンスの分野における活用事例についてまとめています．
近年，多くの機関でオープンバッジの利活用が進んでいます．たとえば，デジタル庁はデジタル推進員の資格保有者に対してオープンバッジを発行する取組を実施しています．
オープンサイエンスの分野でも，モジュール単位で学習・デジタルバッジが発行されるNASA の [Open Science 101](https://science.nasa.gov/open-science/tops/os101/)や，研究データ管理の各スキルに対してオープンバッジが発行されるEUのErasmusプロジェクトである[Open Badge Ecosystem for the Recognition of Skills in Research Data Management & Sharing](https://oberred.eu/badges/)など，様々な文脈でバッジの活用が始まっています．
国立情報学研究所では，国内の研究・教育機関の人材育成および人材の可視化を目的として，オープンバッジの利活用に関する調査を進めています．オープンサイエンスの分野に限らず，国内の教育・研究機関におけるオープンバッジの利活用を促進するための情報提供として，調査結果を随時，本ポータルで公開する予定です．
