# オープンバッジの設定と発行
オープンバッジの設定では名称や発行者等，様々な項目について設定をする必要があります．設定項目に記載すべき内容や発行基準については，[マイクロクレデンシャルWG](https://www.canva.com/ja_jp/login/)という団体が提供している以下のフレームワークを参照してください．マイクロクレデンシャル共同WGは，日本の大学国際化促進フォーラム，JV-Campus，JMOOCが共同で設立したグループで，マイクロクレデンシャルの普及を図り，教育の枠組みやデジタル証明のガイドライン策定，国際連携も進めています．

マイクロクレデンシャルフレームワーク1.0は，マイクロクレデンシャルWGが策定した，学習の成果を評価するマイクロクレデンシャルのガイドラインです．このフレームワークは，発行者や学習成果，品質保証などの基本項目を含む，マイクロクレデンシャルを発行する際に必要な記述要素を定めており，オープンバッジの発行で設定すべき項目についても説明されています．
本ページでは，日本国内で最も利用されているLMSであるMoodle（ver3.8以降）上でオープンバッジを発行する方法について説明します．Moodleのコーストップページ上で **編集モード** を選択，タブの **さらに** で表示される **バッジ** を選択します．なお，Moodleで発行されるオープンバッジはver2.0です．
